Work experience

He joined Abencys Reestructuraciones as a Legal Trainee in September 2025 and has been working as a Lawyer since September 2026.

His practice focuses primarily on commercial and corporate law, advising companies, drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial documentation, preparing out-of-court claims, and assisting with civil and commercial litigation.

He also has experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, acting in insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings, advising both companies and creditors, assisting with matters relating to insolvency administration, and carrying out legal and financial analyses of companies in financial difficulty.

Previously, he completed a work placement in the Civil and Criminal Litigation Department at Zurbarán Abogados, where he assisted in the preparation of claims, statements of defence, procedural submissions and other court filings.

He has completed several specialisation courses at the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), including training in insolvency proceedings, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), Organic Law 1/2025 and criminal procedure.
