Career developed in industrial and service companies, specializing in strategic consulting in the areas of:

Restructuring and implementation of viability plans for national and multinational companies.

Expert reports in judicial, arbitration and mediation proceedings with respect to economic-financial evidence.

1988-1989: Director of the Restructuring Department at BLR Consultores.

1990-2003: Partner at CMC, a Spanish firm specializing in corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.

2003-2005: Corporate Restructuring Director at Ernst & Young undertaking activities in the Spanish market cooperating at the international level.

2005-2011: Partner in the restructuring department of Roca Junyent.

2011-2013: : Partner in the restructuring department of DLA Piper, Spain.
