Work experience

Commercial Law

Presence in commercial sector having taken part in a wide range of corporate litigations and actively participating in the legal advice of several companies.

Insolvency proceedings and corporate restructurings: directly supporting partners and other associate colleagues which act as Insolvency Administrators.

Commercial Arbitration: assistance to the Single Arbitrator along the different stages of the procedure, including the drafting of the arbitration award (Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid).

Civil Law

Management of all kind and significance proceedings in the field of inheritances and family issues, providing legal advice to both heirs and executors and other parties involved in this kind of cases.
